Hosted by Spring Forward Hope for Pink, the 10th Annual Sweat Fete Pink Awareness Health & Fitness Event brings the community together for a powerful day of wellness, movement, and breast cancer awareness. Taking place at Paerdegat Park in Brooklyn on Saturday, October 4, this free four-hour gathering highlights the importance of proactive health, nutrition, and fitness for both women and men.
In partnership with Council Member Farah Louis and Senator Kevin Parker, the event blends education and fun — with interactive exhibits on breast health and mental wellness, alongside energetic sessions like Afrobeats Burnout, Xtreme Cardio, and Soca Dance. Attendees can also explore wellness vendors, shop local, and connect with resources that empower healthier lifestyle choices.
Sweat Fete Pink Awareness is more than a fitness event — it’s a celebration of prevention, community, and the strength to thrive.
