Hosted by Our Studio Wellness, The Mental Wellness Workout is a 75-minute holistic class rooted in the belief that mental health is everyday work. Held on multiple dates at Tribeca View (225 Broadway, New York, NY 10007), this experience blends movement, reflection, and stillness into one cohesive session designed to build emotional resilience and reduce stress.
Each class begins with a grounding Vinyasa yoga flow led by founder Justine Chun, helping participants release tension and reconnect with their bodies. The session continues with mindfulness-based journaling and therapist-guided discussion to strengthen self-trust and emotional awareness, and concludes with a calming meditation to leave attendees centered, clear, and restored.
