Hosted by Our Studio Wellness, The Mental Wellness Workout is a 75-minute holistic class designed to strengthen emotional resilience, reduce stress, and help participants reconnect with themselves through movement, reflection, and stillness. Held on multiple dates at Tribeca View, this signature experience blends yoga, mindfulness, and therapist-guided discussion to support ongoing mental well-being.

Each session begins with a grounding Vinyasa flow led by founder Justine Chun, encouraging participants to release tension and restore mind–body connection. This is followed by journaling and therapeutic conversation aimed at building self-trust and emotional awareness. The class concludes with a calming meditation to leave attendees centered, clear, and rebalanced.
