Hosted by the Grand Street Healing Project, Community Breathwork is a guided healing session designed to help participants release stored emotions, reduce stress, and reconnect with their inner balance. Taking place on Wednesday, April 8 in Brooklyn, this 90-minute experience offers a supportive space for emotional release and self-discovery through intentional breathing practices.
Led by Marquita Pring, the session invites participants to explore the power of breathwork in regulating the nervous system, restoring clarity, and deepening self-awareness. Whether you are new to breathwork or returning to your practice, the experience is accessible and welcoming to all. The evening will conclude with a sound healing session, helping participants integrate and ground their experience.
Bring water, an open heart, and a willingness to reconnect with yourself in a calming, community-centered environment.
